Today Nazanin Afshin-Jam spoke with Mohammad Mostafaei, the attorney that she had asked to represent Reza Alinejad. Within the next few days Mr. Mostafaei anticipates a response to his appeal letter to Ayatollah Shahrudi, the head of judiciary of Islamic regime in Iran. He anticipates the process to take some time , and at the very least one months.
NOTE: We were asked by a few concerned readers about the rumor that was started by another website and their news bulletins about Reza Alinejad having been scheduled for execution on April 1st, 2007.
