پرونده‌ي سينا براي تعيين مجازات حبس به دادگاه ارجاع خواهد شد

وكيل مدافع سينا پايمرد كه امروز با تامين ديه‌ي مورد مطالبه‌ي خانواده‌ي اولياي دم و رضايت آنها از قصاص رهايي پيدا كرد، در اين باره گفت: علي‌رغم اين كه سينا دو بار تا پاي چوبه‌ي دار براي اجراي حكم رفت خوشحاليم كه با تلاش افراد خيرخواه، اين پرونده به سرانجامي خوش رسيد
نسرين ستوده در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار حقوقي ايسنا، با تشكر مجدد از خيري كه بخش قابل ملاحظه‌اي از ديه‌ي مورد مطالبه را تامين كرده است، افزود: از تمام كساني كه گامي در جهت حل اين مشكل برداشتند، سپاسگزارم
وي افزود: البته رهايي سينا از قصاص براي ما خوشحال كننده است اما اميدواري ما آن است كه با اصلاح قانون، كلا شاهد قصاص نوجوانان زير 18 سال نباشيم و از قوه‌ي مقننه درخواست داريم نسبت به تصويب لايحه‌ي تشكيل دادگاه اطفال و نوجوانان تسريع به عمل آورند تا نوجواناني كه در انتظار اجراي حكم اعدام در زندان‌ها به سر مي‌برند از نگراني رهايي يابند.
اين وكيل دادگستري خاطرنشان كرد: پرونده‌ي سينا براي تعيين مجازات حبس به دادگاه صلاحيت‌دار ارجاع خواهد شد و اميدواريم با اغماض مورد رسيدگي قرار گيرد زيرا سينا سه سال حبس را تاكنون تحمل كرده كه انتظار مي‌رود اين مساله در كنار شرايط سني و شرايط ارتكاب جرم مورد توجه دادگاه رسيدگي كننده قرار گيرد

مادر سينا پايمرد روز گذشته خوشحال‌ترين فردي بود كه از اين خبر لبخند به لب آورد.

مادر سينا چند ساعت پس از آنكه خبر رهايي هميشگي پسرش از حكم قصاص را شنيده بود به اعتماد ملي گفت: <آن‌قدر خوشحالم كه نمي‌دانم چه بايد بگويم. فقط مي‌خواهم از اولياي دم پرونده تشكر
كنم. ممنونم كه بالا‌خره رضايت دادند. آنها بچه‌ام را به من برگرداندند. بزرگ‌ترين لطف زندگي را در حق من كردند. از قاضي جابري و نسرين ستوده كه وكيل پسرم بود هم نهايت سپاسگزاري را دارم

مادر سينا به آينده پسرش بسيار مي‌انديشيد به همين خاطر بلا‌فاصله مي‌گويد: <به محض اينكه سينا از زندان بيرون بيايد قصد دارم او را نزد دكتر مجد، پزشك معالجش ببرم و درمان روانپزشكي‌اش را ادامه بدهم. سينا بايد از اين نظر حتما مداوا شود. بايد سازش را كه عامل نجات او بود ادامه دهد و درسش را بخواند. آرزوهاي بسياري براي پسرم دارم. امروز همه با من تماس گرفتند. همه خوشحالند. امروز يكي از بهترين روزهاي زندگي من است.>

اظهاراتي شبيه آنچه كه مادر سينا گفت پدرش هم روز گذشته بيان ‌كرد. پدر سينا هم از خانواده اولياي دم سپاسگزار بود و روزهاي خوشي را در انتظار پسرش مي‌ديد. پرونده سينا حالا‌ به دادگاه كيفري استان تهران مي‌رود تا يك بار ديگر قاضي نورا… عزيزمحمدي و 4 قاضي مستشار نظري ديگر بر آن اعمال كنند.با رضايت اولياي دم بايد تكليف حبس سينا از سوي قضات مشخص شود كه تا هفته آينده اين موضوع روشن خواهد شد.نسرين ستوده هم كه وكيل سينا است از بابت اين موضوع بسيار خوشحال است. او مي‌گويد: <سينا دومرتبه پاي چوبه دار رفته بود و با نجات بسياري از افراد او نجات پيدا كرد اما واقعيت اين است كه حيات بچه‌ها نبايد به اشخاص سپرده شود بلكه قانون بايد تغيير يابد.>

Where has disappeared the Iran I knew?

Last night I met a nice couple visiting US from Iran and as usual, I started to talk about the case of Ali Mahin torabi and Soghra najafpour and all these children at the imminent danger of execution in Iran. I specifically told them about the tragic life story of Soghra that especially these days has made me totally depressed and drowned in a deep sense of loss.

I am sure you would not believe the reaction I got from this couple that left me totally speechless.

A few sample of what they told about Soghra:

1) “These dehaati (villager) girls are more mature than our kids growing up in Tehran, so a 9 years villager maid knows exactly what she is doing and if she really didn’t want it, she wouldn’t let anyone to rape her.”

2) “The dehaati girls in Iran are raised in a way to be able to get married at 9, to have kids at 12, to deal with poverty and drugs and rapes by their fathers and brothers and their society and to die at 35.”

3) “A 12 years old girl capable of throwing an 8 years old in a well deserves to be executed.”

4) “We have so many more important problems in Iran that nobody cares anymore about these cases.”

I was speechless because this new image of Iran wasn’t the Iran I knew.

As a kid, I grew up in (the city of) Shahi in Mazandaran (Northern Iranian province near Caspian Sea). My aunt had a maid named Rogheyeh who was my playmate and my secret friend. Her mother worked also in our house to do laundry. I never learned her mother’s name, but we called her “Naneh Rogheyeh” (Rogheyeh’s Mom).

Rogheyeh started to work in my aunt’s house at 7. She was only three years older than me and she was timid and gentle and helpful. She would let us be mean to her without any complain. We played “hide and seek”, “school classroom roles play” and “Tea Parties” and she was always the one who hid behind the thin trees so we could find her or she was the one who couldn’t play the role of the teacher since she couldn’t read and write and she was always the one who washed the small cups after the party was done. She was my best friend but I never recognized her as a friend. I never told her. Only when we moved to another city, I realized I missed her so much.

Years later, I learned she never went to school and she had to get married at 12. Also I learned she had gotten 5 kids by the age of 20 and since her first child was born, her own identity as Rogheyh disappeared and she became known only as the mother of her first born. Back to the present time, Soghra ‘s story reminds me of my lost secret childhood friend that wasn’t supposed to be my friend and never dared to consider herself as my friend. So the words of the nice couple from Iran hurt me to the bones.

Never.

I will never accept that any girl deserves to be treated this way and I refuse to believe that my motherland has turned to the land of cowards.Never. The Iran I know cannot have been lost its soul and its kindness to the point of ignoring the death of its own poor and helpless. No. I don’t believe it. It cannot be true.

In my wildest dreams Ali is 21 again and Rogheyeh hasn’t died at 35 and Soghra has been forgiven and isn’t in hiding and afraid anymore. In my wildest dreams we all have turned into the heroes and Iran, my Iran, has finally embraced its own children.

سينا پايمرد از طناب دار رهايي يافت

قاتل ني‌زن با پرداخت 150 ميليون تومان از طناب دار رهايي يافت

خبرگزاري فارس: سينا پايمرد معروف به سينا ني‌زن كه يك جوان 21 ساله را با ضربات چاقو به قتل رساند، صبح امروز با پرداخت 150 ميليون تومان از اولياي‌دم رضايت گرفت. 
   
به گزارش خبرنگار اجتماعي فارس، عصر‌ 27 تير سال 83 مأموران كلانتري بهجت‌آباد از درگيري دو جوان به نام محمد‌حسين و سينا با خبر شدند.
مأموران با حضور در صحنه دريافتند فردي به نام محمد‌حسين با فردي معتاد به نام سينا 19 ساله بر سر خريد و فروش مواد مخدر درگير شدند كه سينا با ضربات چاقو محمد‌حسين را مجروح كرده و محمد‌حسين به دليل خونريزي شديد پس از انتقال به بيمارستان ساسان از پا در آمد.
جابري قاضي واحد صلح ‌و سازش دادسراي امور جنايي تهران در خصوص اين پرونده گفت: با تكميل شدن تحقيقات سينا مجرم شناخته شد و براي او از سوي اولياي‌ دم تقاضاي قصاص شد كه اين حكم توسط شعبه 71 دادگاه كيفري استان تهران صادر شد و توسط شعبه 29 ديوان عالي كشور تأييد شد.
اما با نظر رئيس قوه قضاييه اجراي حكم به تعويق افتاد تا اين جوان فرصت‌ پيدا كند تا با صلح‌ و سازش از اولياي دم پرونده رضايت گيرد.
وي ادامه داد: صبح ‌يكم مرداد سال جاري در دومين جلسه صلح‌ و سازش خانواده اولياي دم حاضر به صلح نشده و مجدداً درخواست قصاص براي اين مجرم را كردند.
جابري خاطر‌نشان كرد: واحد صلح‌ و سازش همچنان به وظيفه خود مبني بر اخذ رضايت اولياي دم كوشيد تا بتواند قبل از اجراي حكم اين پرونده نيز با صلح بسته شود تا سرانجام صبح امروز پس از 3 بار تعيين وقت اجراي حكم خانواده مقتول با حضور در دادسراي امور جنايي تهران با دريافت 150 ميليون تومان رضايت خويش را مبني بر عدم اجراي حكم قصاص اعلام كردند.
‌سينا در نخستين باري كه قرار به اجراي حكم اعدام بود با زدن ني در پاي چوبه دار توانست نظر اولياي‌دم را جلب كند و اجراي حكم را به تعويق بيندازد اما پا در مياني اشتباه وكيل متهم نه تنها به نفع وي تمام نشد بلكه باعث شد تا نظر مثبت خانواده مقتول نيز برگشته و اين خانواده در اجراي حكم مصر باشند.

Delara Darabi and Soghra Najafpour updates

Nasrin Sotoudeh , the attorney of Soghra Najafpour told Nazanin Afshin-Jam that Soghra is still in hiding in fear of execution. Meanwhile Sotoudeh has not yet received any reply to her request for a re-trial submitted to Iran’s supreme court. 
Nazanin Afshin-Jam also talked to the mother of Delara Darabi. She was told that Delara’s overall prison condition is better than the last one. Her family is allowed to visit her once a week for about 15 to 25 minutes. Delara remains underweight because she does not like the prison food and usually eats biscuits, etc. She is still very depressed but keeps herself occupied with reading. She has not been able to paint o do some of her daily chores beacuse of an injury to her left hand.  Delara has recently become very impatient and wants a resolution to her case.
Delara has asked her parents for some books with paintings of famous painters such as Vincent VanGogh.
Delara Darabi and Soghra Najafpour were friends in prison and the day that Soghra went to say good bye,  she told Delara that she wished that it was Delara who was being freed instead of her . Soghra said that she has spent 18 years of her youth in prison and Delara is much younger and she really does not belong to prison among the some criminals.
There has not been any new changes in Delara Darabi’s legal file and like many other alleged child offenders, she is awaiting a response by the head of Iran’s judiciary, Ayatollah Hashemi Shahrudi.
Meanwhile Amnesty International  Australia, in its Christmas appeal this year, is focusing on the the subject of child execution in Iran.  21,000 of Amnesty Supporters will be receiving a mail pack with a letter about child executions in Iran, and a letter addressed to the Iran’s Head of the Judiciary to sign and send back to Amnesty to be forwarded to Ayatollah Shahrudi.
Delara Darabi will be the main case study and the package also includes a double-sided postcard with two paintings from Delara Darabi which was provided to them this week by Stop Child Executions Campaign.

جوان 20 ساله در انتظار اعدام

جوان 20 ساله‌اي كه متهم است در سن 13 سالگي مرتكب تجاوز به عنف شده است در انتظار اعدام به سر مي‌برد.

اين در حالي است كه شاكيان اين پرونده پس از برگزاري جلسه محاكمه اعلا‌م كرده‌اند كه اظهاراتشان با واقعيت منطبق نبوده و هرگز متهم جوان پرونده چنين عملي را انجام نداده است.

شاكيان حتي حاضر شده‌اند داوطلبانه به پزشكي قانوني رفته و مورد معاينه قرار گيرند، در صورتي كه در هيچكدام از مراحل تحقيق پرونده شاكيان به پزشكي قانوني معرفي نشده بودند.

متهم اين پرونده، جواني ساكن يكي از شهرهاي غرب كشور است كه در حال حاضر با حكم قضات شعبه هفتم دادگاه كيفري كرمانشاه به اعدام محكوم شده است.

<ماكوان> مهرماه سال گذشته از سوي ماموران اداره آگاهي پاوه در حالي كه در باغ پشت خانه‌شان در حال كشيدن سيگار بود، دستگير شد.

در آن زمان جوان 20 ساله و خانواده‌اش گمان مي‌كردند از آنجا كه پسرشان در ماه رمضان و در ملاءعام مشغول كشيدن سيگار بود، دستگير شده است اما با بازداشت طولا‌ني‌مدت ماكوان و اتفاقاتي كه پس از آن براي او رخ داد ماجرا به صورت ديگري رقم خورد.

تنها چند روز پس از آنكه ماكوان دستگير شد، خانواده‌اش در شهر پاوه مطلع شدند كه پسرشان را سوار بر الا‌غ كرده‌اند در شهر مي‌چرخانند. هيچكس با انجام چنين كاري به درستي نمي‌دانست كه اتهام ماكوان 20 ساله چه بوده كه بايد با آن وضع سوار الا‌غي شده و در شهر چرخانده مي‌شد.

پدر ماكوان مي‌گويد: در آن روز ماكوان را ديدم كه او را سوار بر الا‌غ مي‌كردند تا همه او را ببينند. مردم از ما مي‌پرسيدند ماكوان را به چه اتهامي سوار بر الا‌غ كردند اما ما نمي‌دانستيم كه بايد چه جوابي به آنها بدهيم. ماكوان جرمي نداشت كه سزاوار چنين توهين‌هايي باشد.>

اين ماجرا گذشت تا اينكه خانواده ماكوان متوجه شدند چند جواني به دادسرا احضار شده‌اند و عليه پسرشان شكايت كرده‌اند.

با پيگيري‌هاي خانواده او مشخص مي‌شود اين چند جوان مدعي شده‌اند در 13 سالگي ماكوان آنها را مورد تعرض قرار داده است و از آنها خواسته تا با كسي در اين مورد صحبت نكنند.

اين مساله در حالي بود كه دادسرا با وجود آنكه با يك پرونده منافي عفت روبه‌رو بود و موظف بود كه بدون هيچ مداخله و تحقيقي پرونده را مستقيما به دادگاه بفرستد در اين باره دست به تحقيقات گسترده ديگري نيز زد و در نهايت جوان 20 ساله را همراه پرونده تشكيل شده به دادگاه كرمانشاه فرستاد. ‌

به گفته سعيد اقبالي، وكيل‌مدافع اين پرونده، در جلسه محاكمه اين جوان 20‌ساله كه طبق قانون و شرع مي‌بايست به طور كامل و دقيق با بررسي و احراز عمل تجاوز تشكيل مي‌شد، حتي بدون فرستادن شاكيان به پزشكي قانوني، قضات به صدور راي پرداختند.

در اين جلسه علي‌رغم عدم حضور برخي از شاكيان و حضور تنها سه نفر از آنها كه آنها نيز چندين مرتبه اعلا‌م كردند كه اظهارات گذشته‌شان دروغ بوده و چنين عملي با آنها انجام نشده است، قضات دادگاه با استناد به علم قاضي آن‌هم علم به وجود ايقاب (دخول كامل) نسبت به صدور حكم اعدام اقدام كردند.

وكيل‌مدافع ماكوان پس از صدور حكم دادگاه و با انتقاد به اين مساله مي‌گويد: <دادگاه در احراز ركن مادي يعني همان انجام عمل موجب حد قتل هيچ تحقيقي نمي‌كند در حالي كه به استناد ماده 108 قانون مجازات اسلا‌مي عمل شنيع لواط شامل دو مفهوم است كه تنها لواط ايقابي چنين مجازاتي را در پي خواهد داشت و دادگاه به اين تكليف قانوني خود عمل نكرده است.

از سوي ديگر دادگاه استدلا‌ل كرده كه چون چندين سال از زمان انجام عمل مي‌گذرد و موضوع از سوي پزشكي قانوني قابل تشخيص نيست و شكات را جهت معاينه معرفي نكرده يعني پذيرفته كه عمل در زمان طفوليت انجام شده اما در جايي ديگر براي قانوني نشان دادن حكم اعدام استدلا‌ل كرد كه انجام عمل تا زمان حال ادامه داشته است اما مبنايي براي علم خود در اين خصوص نمي‌آورد.>

حكم اعدام ماكوان 20‌ساله صادر شده است و با تعاريف وكيل‌مدافع وي، خانواده‌اش و حتي شاكيان او مرتكب چنين عملي نشده كه مستحق چنين حكمي باشد.

پدر ماكوان كه پس از صدور حكم چند بار به تهران آمده تا نزد رئيس قوه قضاييه برود بلكه مشكل پسرش را گفته و از اجراي حكم او جلوگيري كند، مي‌گويد: <در پاوه افرادي به همين اتهام دستگير شدند، اين مساله در مورد آنها ثابت شده اما بازهم برايشان حكم اعدام صادر نكردند. پسر من چندين مرتبه سابقه درگيري داشت و هر بار هم چند روزي در بازداشت بود اما اين كار از او برنمي‌آيد. اگر واقعا او اين كار را كرده بود، خودم طناب دار را بر گردنش مي‌انداختم. كاش همان بار اول كه به اتهام شركت در درگيري بازداشت شده بود او را به زندان مي‌فرستادند تا سرش به سنگ بخورد اما من بچه‌ام را مي‌شناسم او نمي‌تواند اين كار را كرده باشد. از آن گذشته چيزي ثابت نشده كه براي او حكم اعدام صادر كردند. همه شاكياني كه در مرحله اول هم اعلا‌م شكايت كرده بودند پس از آن گفته‌اند كه دروغ گفته‌اند. آنها در همان دوران بچگي يك كدورت‌هايي با هم داشتند؛ اين مساله نمي‌تواند باعث شود بچه‌ام را اعدام كنند

New hopes for Ali Mahin-Torabi


According to an email sent by one of Ali Mahin-Torabi’s family members , Although Ali was scheduled to be hanged along with 11 otherse who were recently executed but he was not taken with them for execution by the Iranian authorities.

Ali is accused of murder of another youth at the age of 16 however Ali has denied the charges.

In the email , one of Ali’s family members stated that the coroner has told Ali’s attorney that he will soon be provided with a document which could prove that the murder was not pre-meditated and possibly someone else was the cause. Ali’s family thanked their family friend Azarin Sadegh for her efforts to help save Ali Mahin-Torabi.



Azarin in response wrote  ” I had goose bumps when I read your email with these great news. I couldn’t believe that it is really happening. But still I felt a kind of mix feeling. I feel a deep sense of relief and happiness because Ali seems to be safe now and I hope that he will see the end of this dark and long tunnel very soon. And at the same time the news about other 11 people executed is difficult to hear. ……On another note, about your exaggeration of what I have done for Ali, I truly think it is overstatement. All I did was doing a little bit of web surfing and writing a bunch of emails and articles. The real job is done by these wonderful organizations: StopChildExecutions and Amnesty International. You shouldn’t stop thanking them!”
 
Azarin recently wrote: “

Since a few weeks I have been trying to help Ali Mahin Torabi. The day I started this effort, I had no hope and Ali’s family was pretty certain that he had no real chance and it was already too late. So everyone was certain that he was going to get executed at the end of Ramadan. Yet, I wrote an article and I sent hundreds of emails. The organization that responded first to my email was StopChildExecutions founded by Nazanin. Not only they sent their lawyer to help with Ali’s case (It is a fact confirmed by Ali’s family), but also they contacted Amnesty International. Later, I found the email address of a spokesman for Amnesty International and contacted him and he told me that they were already aware of his case (guess by who?) and they are working on making the case part of their Urgent Actions calls. Last week European Union and Amnesty International, both released letter and press releases addressed to Iranian government to urge them to save Ali’s life. There is a new petition to sign on Amnesty International site that is their campaign to save him by sending letters to Iranian authorities. …..Ali’s family was interviewed by Reuters and the report of his ordeal has been spread throughout internet. Since that day Ali (who had already accepted to die young) has finally found some light in his heart and his mother feels less desperate. His family doesn’t stop sending me their prayers and their gratitude for all these organizations that worked so hard to make it happen,…”


Also in an email to SCE Azarin Sadegh wrote: “.Wow! It is great news! Thank you David, Thank you Nazanin!…Last night I made a simple Google search on Ali’s name and the number of results found was 18,500! Isn’t it incredible? I remember the first time I did the same search before you have got involved in it, the number was just a two digits number. Thank you so much for your amazing efforts. I am sure Ali has a much better chance of survival now…… I am so impressed by your strength of character in pursuing the case for each of these kids . ….”

Soghra Najafpour guilty of sex while being raped !

According to an Iranian reporter, there are undisclosed and confidential reports in Soghra Najajpour’s file, the Iranian woman who is facing execution for alleged killing of the 8 old son of an influential family in Rasht 18 years ago at the age of 12. Soghra lived in the home of a Doctor since the age of 9, until she was accused of killing the family’s 8 year old son.

12 year old Soghra who initially had confessed to murder of the child later breaks her silence and stated that her initial testimony was false and she was told by the boy’s father that if she confessed murder, the doctor would get her released after pardoning her.

After breaking her silence, Soghra stated that ever since the age of 9 when she was sent to the doctor house as a maid, she was continually being raped by him. According to Soghra on the day of the incident, he again attempted to rape Soghra when the 8 year old boy entered the room and the nervous doctor nervously pushed his son away not to see when the boy’s head hit the wall and he died. Afterwards the doctor ordered Soghra to throw the child’s body in a well.

 
Although the police investigator had concluded that Soghra was subjected to multiple rape attempts by the father and also the medical reports verify signs of attempted rapes, however the Islamic judge dismissed the report and in addition to sentencing Soghra to death by hanging for murder, he also ordered Soghra to be lashed 100 times for having sex. The Judge’s reasoning for the verdict was that the signs of rape on Soghra’s body were only proof that she was guilty of sexual activity, but not proof that the Doctor had committed the rape.

Soghra was once taken to be executed at the age of 17 however the parents of the murdered boy changed their mind at the last minute, however after they were informed of release of Soghra by bail at the age of 31 , they again demanded Soghra’s execution.

In its recent article about Soghra’s new execution order, Etemaad newspaper censored the portion of the report about the rape and Doctor’s role although the information was reported by the news reporter. (Full report is posted in her personal blog).

ناگفته هاي پرونده صغرا نجف پور

 اطلاعات محرمانه پرونده صغرا نجف پور  نشان مي دهد اين دختر بعد از اينكه به عنوان خدمتكار استخدام شده مورد تجاوز پدر امير قرار مي گرفته است .هر چند اين مرد از صغرا خواسته بود قتل را به گردن بگيرد و قول داده بود كه رضايت دهد اما در نهايت تقاضاي اعدام صغرا را كرد . در همين زمان بود كه صغرا سكوت را شكست و گفت : از وقتي وارد خانه اين مرد شدم مورد تجاوز او قرار مي گرفتم و مجبور به سكوت بودم روز خادثه وقتي او دوباره به سراغم امد تا به من تجاوز كند پسرش امير هم سر رسيد و او براي دور كردن امير پسرك را به طرف ديوار حل داد در اين هنگام سر امير به ديوار بر خورد كرد و به زمين افتاد اين مرد به من گفت بايد امير را به داخل چاه بيندازي او دلش نمي امد كه خودش پسرش را به چاه بيندازد من هم مجبور شدم اين كار را بكنم .

ادعاي صغرا مبني بر تجاوز به از سوي پزشكي قانوني مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و اعلام شد به قدر ي اين تجاوز وحشيانه بوده كه تعداد دفعات ان را نمي توان تشخيص داد به رغم اينكه بازپرس تلويحا گفته كه پدر امير عامل اين تجاوز بوده است
 
اما ادعاي صغرا از سوي دادگاه مورد تاييد قرار نگرفت و او را به اتهام قتل عمد به قصاص و رابطه نامشروع به ۱۰۰ ضربه شلاق محكوم كردند . اما پدر امير از اتهام تجاوز تبرئه شد . استدلال قاضي صادر كننده اين بود كه چون اثار تجاوز در بدن صغرا ديده شده پس مي توان اطمينان داشت كه او رابطه داشته است اما نمي توان اطمينان داشت كه كار پدر امير بوده است .
 صغرا يك بار در ۱۷ سالگي به پاي چوبه داررفته اما مادر امير از اعدام او صرف نظر كرده اواين بار به اصرار شوهرش قصد اعدام صغرا را دارد

Swedish Parliament members demand Iran to stop execution of Ali Mahin-Torabi

In a strong letter to the Islamic Regime in Iran , members of the Swedish parliament questioned the human rights violations in Iran. They also objected to the execution verdict of Ali Mahin-Torabi and demanded the Iranian government to stop all child executions.
