It is said that he has contacted his family once from prison.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Mostafaei is a children Rights and human rights attorney who currently represents more than 25 juveniles facing death penalty. He has&#160;always been acting&#160;within the laws of the Islamic Republic&#160;representing clients or addressing violations of laws of the the Islamic Republic of Iran and there can not be&#160;any legal grounds for his arrest.&#160;SCE is extremely concerned about&#160;the status and well being of of Attorney Mostafaei as well as the juveniles that he is supposed to be representing.
