In the case of Delara Darabi&#160;SCE has&#160;also continually insisted on the following:&#160;<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #111111;\"><span style=\"color: #0000bf;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><font size=\"2\">1- Iran is a state party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), which prohibit the use of the death penalty against people convicted of crimes committed when they were under 18. Delara Darabi was 17 at the time of the alleged murder.<br \/><\/font><\/span><\/span><\/span><font size=\"2\"><br \/>\n2- Reenactment of the murder scene as the murder seem to have been by a rights handed strong person while Delara Darabi is left handed.&#160;<\/p>\n<p>3- A fair trail&#160;according to internationally agreed&#160;judicial standards.<\/p>\n<p>We ask the head of Iran&#8217;s judiciary&#160;Ayatollah Shahrudi to immediately halt the order of execution of Delara Darabi and&#160;order a retrial.<\/p>\n<p>We also ask United Nations Human Rights Commission and other country leaders to immediately contact&#160;Ayatollah Khamenei, Iran&#8217;s Supreme Leader and&#160;Ayatollah Shahrudi, head of Iran&#8217;s Judiciary and other high officials of the&#160;Islamic Republic and strongly demand an immediate stay of execution.<\/p>\n<p>We also ask&#160;the major international media to&#160;broadcast the news of&#160;imminent and unjust execution of Delara Darabi.<br \/>\n&#160;<br \/>\nThese are last living hours of Delara Darabi.
