As reported by SCE Campaign on December 10, 2007, file of Delara Darabi had reached the office of Ayatollah Shahrudi, head of Iran’s judiciary for final review. It is now reported that the file was sent back to the City of Rasht court where Delara is being kept for some discrepencies. Marjan Laghaee the reporter of Etemaad newspaper in her blog reports that according to Delara’s attorney, Abdolsamad Khoramshahi, the descrepencies were not substantive but due to errors in the verdict and its reference to the laws. Khoramshahi anticipates that after correction the case will soon be returned to Shahrudi’s office for final decision.<\/p>\n
